Armand Adande is Subsidiary Manager of North America (USA, Canada and Mexico) for Socomec Inc.
In his current role, he manages the P&L, the sales and marketing activities of the organization, develops the marketing and sales strategy in the US, prospects and generates new business, both from existing and new customers. He analyzes US operations, conducts competitor analysis, and develops the annual sales and marketing action plan. Critically, Adande also manages the efforts of the North American sales team.
Previously, Adande was Accounts and Marketing Manager for Socomec Inc. He has developed understanding of the dynamics of long-term business relationships and setting of examples for the sales team. That leadership in this role has directly contributed to the successful sale turnover of over $20 million.
Prior to joining Socomec, Adande worked with Mersen as a Sales Manager of the organization’s South East Asia/Pacific accounts for four years, contributing to sales for over $4.5 million. In that high level position, Mr. Adande was responsible for the definition of the sales strategy and policy in the East Asia/Pacific area, he negotiated with distributors and clients, and management and was responsible for annual evaluations of the sales team.
Adande received his bachelor’s degree in Thermo Energetics Systems from INSA in 1997 and a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering from I.N.S.A. (National Institute of Applied Sciences).
